You can still find decent beach front property of approximately 10,000 sq.ft for less than fifty thousand dollars or if you are looking for property two blocks away from the beach, you can find deals from five thousand to twenty five thousand dollars; or a house in a range of thirty thousand to eighty thousand dollars. I can say there are a variety of opportunities available to hunt for the property you are looking for.
